Welcome to Qwikly. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Qwikly

Qwikly is a marketplace that connects dance students with dance teachers for live 1-on-1 lessons and asynchronous video feedback. Qwikly provides the platform; teachers are independent service providers, not employees of Qwikly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Qwikly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, photos, text). By uploading content to Qwikly, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Payments and Fees

All prices are displayed in USD. Stripe processes all payments. Qwikly does not store your payment card details.

Refunds for lessons are subject to the cancellation policy. Refunds for video feedback packages may be available if the teacher has not yet provided feedback.

8. Live Lessons

Live lessons are conducted through in-app video calls. Both parties are expected to join on time. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Qwikly provides the platform "as is." We are not responsible for the quality of instruction provided by teachers, disputes between users, or technical issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the 12 months prior to any claim.

If you have a dispute with another user, please contact us first at support@getqwikly.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
